This hot sauce from The Fun Guy Spice Co. is seasoned with their Persian inspired Shah's Shanty. It has a delightful exotic flavors to it, packs a nice heat, but doesn't knock you over. Made with Jaggery sugar and tamarind the slightly sweet and sour sauce is perfect for soups, tacos, eggs, really about anything where you want a bit of a zing. Keep refrigerated.
