Ragu alla Bolognese Pasta Kit

Kit Contains: Makes 4-8 servings (depends on the appetite of those eating)
1 lb of Pasture Raised Ground Beef
1- 8 oz San Marzano Tomato Sauce
1 lb. Egg Noodle Garganelli
grating Cheese (optional)
Ragu Bolognese with Garganelli Pasta
Thaw Red Sauce, Ground Beef and Soffritto
In Heavy sauce pan, add 4 TBSP butter and soffritto, immediately add ground beef along with a good pinch of salt to assist with browning. Brown beef breaking it up into small pieces and cook until the meat has lost its red color.
Add 1.5 cup of milk and slowly simmer until it's evaporated, about 1.25 hours or more.
Add nice pinch of freshly grated nutmeg along with 1.5 cups of white wine and slowly simmer until it's evaporated, about 1.25 hours or more.
Add tomato sauce and reduce heat to the slowest of simmers, gently simmer for up to three hours, adding water as needed to prevent the sauce from burning. Eventually the fat will separate from the sauce, floating to the top. Ragu sauce is a very thick meat sauce that is incredibly flavorful. When finish, do a final seasoning of salt and pepper and toss with the cooked Garganelli pasta (REMEMBER TO SALT YOUR PASTA WATER)
Serve with Grated Grana Padano Cheese
