SEAFOOD MARINARA: A pound of shrimp, pan seared and tossed with 2 UNITS OF tomato sauce and one of our great pasta (HINT: the black squid ink pasta is the bomb here.)garnished with chopped parsley, EVOO and cheese if desired.
RAGU ALLA BOLOGNESE: A pound of ground beef, sautéed, simmered with 1 cup milk until almost dry, add 1 cup white wine simmer again until almost dry and then mix in tomato sauce. Serve with cheese and garganelli egg pasta.
