Add your own veggies, butter, and POW great stuffing

This kit contains to of the essential elements for making any great stuffing: quality bread crumbs and homemade chicken stock.

Sauté or roast veggies, fruit or mushrooms, about 2-3 cups worth, and add to the bread crumbs along with 1 stick of melted butter or 1/2 cup of olive oil.  Mix 2 eggs with 1 cup of stock and add to crumb veggie mixture.  Continue to add broth to desired moistness level (moister if baking alone, drier if stuffing a bird or other meat.).

If baking in a casserole, drizzle with butter and bake at 325 until the top is browned and crunchy.  

If baking in bird, make sure center of stuffing should be 165 degrees.  Sometimes, in an effort to prevent overcooking the bird, we pull out the stuffing and place in a casserole to continue the cooking process while the bird rests.
